Garden maintenance worker • Butler County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Butler County, Iowa. You will be based on the grounds of a hotel resort. Requirements: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Day to day you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe.
