Meat cutter wanted in Igalamela-Odolu

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Igalamela-Odolu, Kogi State. The role involves: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
