Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Salem County, New Jersey. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Your main tasks: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run We offer $22 per hour plus benefits.
