Retail butcher wanted in Anson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Anson County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
