Argon arc welder • Polk County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Polk County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day to day you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
