On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
