Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. What we are looking for: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Pay around £13 per hour, based on your experience.
