Pastry baker wanted in Carroll County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Carroll County, New Hampshire. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
