Tyre technician wanted in Shasta County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre technician in Shasta County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
