Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Cowley County, Kansas. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
