Production line operator • Mississippi County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operator in Mississippi County, Missouri. You will be based on a production line. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day to day you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
