Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping You will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting.
