PVC window assembler • Enugu North, Enugu State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Enugu North, Enugu State. On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
