Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will be based at an industrial plant. The role involves spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
