On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service We offer ₦90,000 per month plus benefits.
