Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Butler County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
