Mosaic tiler wanted in Montgomery County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Montgomery County, New York. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. On the job you will handle: • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
