We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production 1+ years on the tools preferred.
