Immediate opening: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Merced County, California. On a typical shift you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
