What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
