Now hiring: power float operator (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Nodaway County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
