Safety officer • Kaura, Kaduna State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Kaura, Kaduna State. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
