Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. The job is at a banquet hall. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
