Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time, day shift. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
