Maintenance painter — Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Putnam County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
