Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates.
