Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment machinist in King and Queen County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
