Roofing foreman • Valencia County, New Mexico

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems On the job you will handle: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void Rotating shifts.
