Now hiring: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Fayette County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise facade project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame 6+ years on the tools preferred.
