Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Carson City, Nevada. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
