Counterbalance forklift operator — Chowan County

Join our team: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy distribution centre. The role involves: • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
