Chef de partie — Sokoto South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Pay around ₦115,000 per month, based on your experience.
