Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Day to day you will replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; insulate and ventilate the roof void; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling.
