Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Crook County, Wyoming. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
