Sheet metal welder — Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw, Zamfara State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Full-time with occasional weekends.
