Refrigeration field service technician — Alpena County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Alpena County, Michigan. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. The role involves: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
