Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
