Great opportunity: slinger signaller (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Alexander County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 1+ years on the tools preferred.
