Tile fixer • Porter County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile fixer in Porter County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential construction site. The role involves: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
