We are recruiting: safety officer (Arkansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Nevada County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
