Great opportunity: cold room technician (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Stevens County, Minnesota. You will be based in an HVAC service company. The role involves replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; clean condenser and evaporator coils; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
