Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Fayette County, Alabama. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day to day you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements.
