Lift installation engineer • Mackinac County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Mackinac County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
