We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Mercer County, Illinois. The job is on a residential building site. Day to day you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. Requirements: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
