Your main tasks: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Part-time with flexible hours. ₦240,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
