Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Parke County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
