Stainless steel welder — Pike County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Rotating shifts. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
