Join our team: we are hiring an insulation installer in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Part-time with flexible hours.
