Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steam press operator in Belmont County, Ohio. Day to day you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
