Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Aleutians East Borough, Alaska. Day-to-day duties: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
